Uptime is the amount of time your site is online throughout a given month. The best uptime would be 100%, but achieving this is unrealistic because even the best hardware can fail. Netpros offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. This means that if your site is not accessible for 45 minutes or more in a single month, we will reimburse you the full cost of your web hosting services that month.

Yes, even if you have a domain name registered with another company, you can still host your website with Netpros. Please see our Web Hosting page for more details on the different types of packages we offer.

If you already have a domain with another provider, but want to host with Netpros simply set your nameservers to NS1.NETPROS.CA and NS2.NETPROS.ca

It is not possible for a web host to offer “unlimited” bandwidth, disk space or CPU usage. Unlimited hosting plans, or plans with extremely large disk space and bandwidth allowances alway come with clauses that restrict how much bandwidth you can transfer per second, how much CPU usage you can use and so forth.

It’s important to read over your service agreements in detail and ask questions when you are unclear to ensure you truly know what you’re purchasing.
